Come join our Technology Enablement team and make a real impact defining and developing modern, cloud-based ERP solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (F&S) for our clients. This is an opportunity to join a fantastic team focused on delivering high-quality results to clients in a management consulting setting, drawing on expertise far beyond traditional ERP partners. 

As a Senior D365F&S Consultant in KPMG, you will take on a key role in delivering projects, and be a trusted advisor providing expert knowledge on Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&S and business processes around ERP. 

The Enterprise Application Team
We pride ourselves on delivering best-in-class ERP projects to support our clients’ operational processes. Our work ranges from facilitating and defining ERP strategies and delivering business process optimisation to end-to-end implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&S. We deliver both national and international projects and strive to be the best at what we do, by combining our technical insight, business expertise and our knowledge of how to build lasting customer relations.

A key aspect of your role will involve analysing client financial and operational processes. You will be providing recommendations for how our clients can best maximise value and leverage solutions such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&S, as well as taking advantage of the Power and Azure eco-system around it. You will have the opportunity to make a real impact in our team and with clients – through leading and facilitating effective client workshops and meetings, engaging clients and driving successful project outcomes. You will be expected to deliver end-to-end medium to large scale ERP projects, ranging from initial analysis through to design, development and deployment of the solution. You will also be providing expertise to define ERP roadmaps, target pictures and business integration engagements.

About you, our newest team member
We imagine you have a solid consulting background with a track record of successfully delivering ERP projects. We expect you to be certified within one or more areas of Dynamics 365F&S and be fluent in English.

In addition, you have:

• 5 years relevant experience delivering and/or selling ERP solutions, with a strong AX/D365 Finance and/or Supply Chain management background
• Knowledge about the business processes and systems around ERP
• The ability to act as a coach and partner for a client CFO or Senior Supply Chain Manager, helping them drive their business transformation
• Experience with standard process frameworks like APQC 
• Experience facilitating and driving client workshops will be an advantage
• A curious nature, with an eagerness to exploit AI, low-code and intelligent automation in the solution
• A keen commercial understanding and experience with project proposal work
