When it comes to achieving Ambu’s ambitious objectives, Business IT and our colleagues in the business are close partners, and our ERP solution is a key enabler in achieving Ambu’s ambitious objectives. You will join the ERP team and will work out of our headquarters in Ballerup.

 

ERP Consultant

We are looking for a Business Consultant who will be responsible for the supply chain and warehousing processes. You will advise and support process owners and users on best practice use of our ERP system and related systems.

Your primary areas of responsibility are to

  • act as the ERP process and system specialist within your areas of the ERP system
  • identify practical solutions within the framework of our standard system by engaging in dialogue with users
  • handle system configuration, testing, training and documentation in co-operation with our external partners
  • act as second line support on systems/processes in your areas
     

As we are a part of the medical device business, you will also support and work with high requirements for our documentation and training standards.

A natural interest in business processes and system expertise
To be successful in the job, you need extensive IT working experience within supply chain, and you should hold ERP skills on an architectural level. Ideally, you have working experience with the M3 platform, but we are prepared to invest in the right person.

As a person, you are a strong team player and you have an analytical and structured approach. You can see the big picture and you have a diplomatic and open mind-set. You are good at negotiating, planning, following up, as well as keeping promises and deadlines. At the same time, you are comfortable with decision-making.

As Ambu is a global company, it is important that you have a global mind-set and strong communication skills in English – both written and verbal. You can expect to travel approx. 40 days per year.
