The Department
OFP Production is responsible for the entire process from receipt of raw materials to shipping of the pre-packaged product Rybelsus®. In OFP, we are steadily growing, and at present, we are approximately 400 committed colleagues in Måløv who work with the production processes: Granulation, tabletting, blister pack, secondary packaging, warehousing, and shipping. We have great ambitions for the future and are working hard to get our new product successfully on the market. We succeed together and strive to be at the forefront of developments in technology, systems, and processes.

The Job
As our new Equipment and IT Automation Responsible, your day will be varied. For the most part, you will support the production and maintenance team to ensure the highest possible stability on our packaging line. You will need to use your expertise with systematic problem solving to ensure that the corrective actions prevent us from seeing the same problems again. Continuous improvements will also be your focus area to ensure that we are ready for the future's needs. We collect large amounts of data from the plant and continuously develop our systems to analyse the data. Via data analysis, we must be able to identify trends and potential risks. The primary task is to maintain the validated condition and ensure stable production with high capacity utilization.

In the role of Equipment and IT Automation Responsible, you will work closely with our maintenance team of skilled craftsmen and the production team in relation to planning and coordination of construction activities and release. On a daily basis, the technical operational responsibility will be based on collecting data from our systems and working systematically with issues in collaboration with colleagues in the department. There will thus be great variation in the tasks, so flexibility is a key characteristic, and you must be motivated to drive the process and the tasks in the right direction.

Qualifications
You have a technical background as a machine or IT / automation engineer or similar, and you are passionate about working with the operation and maintenance of a high-tech packaging line. You have at least 2 years of practical experience within a production company and have worked with systematic problem solving and improvements to solve capacity challenges. Experience with serialisation will be considered an advantage.

Your training in the job will be planned in relation to your level of experience, but no matter what background you have, you must possess technical, IT and automation understanding and interest.

As a person, you are a problem solver and you are driven by a dynamic environment where there is always a problem to solve or tasks to tackle. You are curious by nature in relation to understanding our processes, and you prefer to work in a dynamic production environment, where ensuring daily operations is the first priority. You manage to make quick decisions on the floor without compromising quality, working environment or good collaboration. Last but not least, you take responsibility, are service-minded and act proactively towards customers, colleagues and deliveries.
