  • validate IT infrastructure and other reference architectures for security best practices and recommend changes to enhance security and reduce risks, where applicable.

In addition, your key tasks will be to review security technologies, tools and services and make recommendations to the broader security team for their use, based on security, financial and operational metrics. You'll also coordinate with operational and facility management teams to assess the security of operational technology (OT) and Internet of Things (IoT) systems.

Your competences include that you

  • have experience with risk assessment procedures, policy formation, role-based authorisation methodologies, authentication technologies and security attack pathologies

  • are experienced in network security architecture development and definition and have knowledge of third-party auditing and cloud risk assessment methodologies.

You're also familiar with SABSA, TOGAF, CISM, CISSP, CRISC and have experience of implementing enterprise-wide architecture and liaising with technical operations personnel and senior management, using strong interpersonal skills, as well as having experience with strategic problem solving across various teams.
