Engineering Student assistant
We are a tech startup that is currently selling and developing a complete IoT solution to optimize maintenance of industrial coffee machines and appliances. Our solution is already installed on more than 2000 machines and we are scaling rapidly.
We are in need of a bright mind to help with tasks of varying complexity, ranging from simple manual labor tasks, to co-development of new features and projects. Ideally, your background is a bit technical, but also with an understanding of customer success. Relevant educations could be: Design engineering, product development, communication, technical designer etc.
Examples of work tasks, that you should be able to adapt to (training will of course be done):
- Troubleshoot problematic hardware devices
- Program devices
- Simple assembly of devices
- Feature testing, e.g. feedback for our development team
- Write articles together with marketing
- Brainstorming and development of new features
- Preparing orders
- Inventory management
- Customer complaints
- Support
