Can you take a leading role in taking our Oil & Gas division to the next level? If you bring solid knowledge within Electrical & Instruments, and you are looking for unique challenge, this is your opportunity. As part of the management team in our Danish Oil & Gas division, you will be a key player in turning a major potential for growth into new business and revenue. Your will work with the technologies of tomorrow and be responsible for seriously exciting, complex and challenging projects and clients. The business focus is primarily service projects delivered to offshore installations.

Tasks:
Highly visible people management, strategy, client and organisational development
You will contribute to setting direction and daily management of the oil and gas business. As such, you work across strategy as well as business and organizational development. A vital part of this is to further strengthen knowledge sharing and project execution with our colleagues in the Norwegian Oil & Gas business. You can expect to travel 4-6 days per month to build relationships, strengthen cooperation and ensure continued progress in our various initiatives. Additionally, you will have a close dialogue with customers, so you can contribute to creating optimal customer satisfaction.

You must ensure that the organisation at all times have the right competencies to develop and deliver top class service projects. As such, allocation of resources and on-going follow up will be key parts of you job. This also takes highly present leaderships style and the ability to motivate, inspire and develop employees. You will be based at the Esbjerg office and work closely together with our Engineering Centers in Denmark and Norway. 

Requirements:
Technical profile with electrical and/or instrument experience and leadership skills 
You are an engineer or the like, and you have at least 10 years of experience from a project-driven organisation where you have worked intensively with electrics and/or instruments in an outgoing role – and you can document your results. 

If you do not bring experience as people manager, you have experience as Project Manager. Regardless of your background, you know that people management motivates you. To be successful, you must thrive in organisational set-up with many processes and procedures that are constantly changing. On the personal level you are known for your open-minded and positive personality. The role also requires very good communication skills including the ability to communicate a clear direction and clarify the role of each team and employee in order to reach the goals.

Additional information
Your new team
You will join the Esbjerg office counting approx. 20 people of which you will lead 15 dedicated and skilled engineering profiles in the engineering department. Your department will also close with the engineering department in Odense and you will have to go to Odense to work from time to time. The department works with the latest technologies, and deliver state-of-the-art systems and solutions for the oil & gas industry and process industry.
