Do you want to be at the forefront of innovation in connecting hearing healthcare devices and Consumer Electronics to the world we live in? Do you see yourself working in an international company that turns complex technology into user-friendly products? And do you want to make a true difference for millions of people living with hearing loss? If you are passionate about Engineering, and interested in working with user testing, customer experience, and product development in a cross-functional R&D Department, this is an exciting opportunity for you.

William Demant is a leading, international C25 company within hearing healthcare. The company is behind world leading brands such as Oticon, Bernafon and Sennheiser Communications. William Demant operates in a global market with companies in more than 30 countries, and our products are sold in more than 130 countries. We have more than 13,000 employees worldwide and generate annual revenues of more than DKK 13 billion.

Engineering Graduate Programme
The Engineering Graduate Programme is a 2-year programme, during which you will explore the company and develop your personal and professional skills through four job rotations of six months each.

As you progress through the programme, you may take on projects that involve shorter or longer stays outside of Denmark. The duration of the stay could be anywhere from a few days to several months, depending on the project, and you can expect to have rotations within various R&D departments, Product Quality and Sennheiser Communications.

Throughout the programme, you will work closely with your Host Manager to plan your rotations and enhance your professional and personal development as much as possible. Former graduates will act as mentors to guide you through the programme and our company culture.

What to expect
You can expect rotations and tasks that are shaped in conjunction with what the business needs and what your competences and interests are. Some of the tasks may include project management, competitor analysis, concept work, and Product Quality Management.

Regardless of the tasks presented during the 2-year programme, one thing is certain: You will face a steep learning curve with a high degree of responsibility from day one. In our flat organization, we will provide you with a holistic overview of our business, you will interface between different functions, and you are expected to challenge the status quo. You will be given a lot of trust, and you will be working on innovative projects together with inspiring people, in an ever-changing environment where your capabilities are acknowledged.

During your rotations, you will combine strong technical competencies, stakeholder management and communication skills to drive projects and build a coherent understanding of our business. After successfully completing the programme, you will have the possibility to continue your career in Oticon, Sennheiser Communications or another company in the William Demant Group.
