The Graduate journey
Our Graduate Programme consists of two-three rotations, where you’ll solve business challenges, take responsibility for your own assignments, and engage in our day-to-day business decisions.

When developing solutions for future wind farms, Engineering is facing various strategic decisions incl., introducing new concepts, technologies, and detailed designs. During your three rotations, you’ll connect Engineering with their commercial stakeholders within Project Development and Operations. And by doing so, you’ll help determine the business value of new solutions in relation to their technical maturity and expected costs. This will help to prioritize our technical risk analysis efforts and eventually provide a basis for key business decisions.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • collaborating with commercial stakeholders to fully understand the value and cost of engineering decisions
  • engaging with suppliers to understand the maturity of their propositions and what risks they might induce
  • engaging with operation life-time business perspectives to provide data-driven risk assessment that will help prioritize engineering development efforts
  • conducting a thorough business analysis of engineering decisions to demonstrate both value propositions and expected costs
  • challenging our usual way of working and pave the way for innovation and future solutions.

To succeed in this role, you:

  • hold a master’s degree in engineering before 1 September 2023
  • have commercial skills and aptitude to connect technical engineering with commercial analysis
  • have a collaborative mindset with a drive for connecting with stakeholders and gathering the needed data
  • strive to progress your efforts all the way from idea to implementation
  • have an ambition to change the way we work with engineering.
