Electronic Engineer for development and test

You are knowledgeable and curious and would like to join a team that creates and maintains electronic platforms in our Argon Audio consumer products.

We have created this position for our new colleague as a result of growth.

We are a team of three engineers working with electronic and mechanic product design and development, from initial concept all the way to the product standing on the shelf. This allows us to work with product specification, development, prototyping, testing, verification, certification, handover to production and final product tests before packaging. In addition, we provide engineering support to our manufacturing suppliers throughout the lifecycle of our products.

About the job
The position is based at our existing R&D facility at Nupark, Holstebro, Denmark. Our headquarter is in Lystrup, Aarhus, where you may need to attend meetings from time to time. We are seeking candidates already residing in Denmark and you must hold a valid driving license and have your own vehicle. Our manufacturing plants and primary suppliers are based in China, Taiwan, Thailand, and India. We expect that you will be able to travel internationally up to 50 days a year, to meet and collaborate with our suppliers.

You will be working on a variety of our products and solutions, ranging from active speaker systems with pre-amplifiers, power amplifiers, power supplies, as well as Google®, and Apple®, certified streaming solutions.

With cross functional collaboration, you will, depending on your background and prior experience, be assigned activities and projects with a focus on electronic engineering in the product development, production setup and product testing phases.

About you
A broad range of profiles can be considered for this position. We seek you who delights in spending most of your time working with hands-on electronic engineering. Ideally, you have already proven your engineering skills, however, don’t be shy if you are a new graduate - we may adjust the role accordingly. If you hold a B.Sc. or a diploma in Electronic Engineering it will be considered an advantage, however what really matters to us, is what you can successfully accomplish.

You have:

• Hands-on experience from electronics development, and/or production, in one or more of the areas of design prototyping, troubleshooting, verification, test and certification.
• Knowledge of or experience from work with production and final product testing.
• Proven skills mastering tools for electronics measurements.
• Knowledge of or experience with schematic layout and pcb design - we use Altium.

You are fluent in written and spoken English. Danish is a great advantage but not required.
