We are currently looking for a new colleague in our Electrical Low Voltage System Team. We are searching for an Electrical Cost Out Engineer in either Brande, Denmark preferred or Izmir, Turkey.

The team consists of 26 highly skilled colleagues from different cultures and nationalities, placed in 4 different countries.

How to contribute to our vision
As our new colleague, you will be working in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. You will be a part of planning, calculating, designing, developing, testing, and modifying experimental and/or operational electrical concepts or subsystems.

  • Create and maintain the cost out strategy for Low Voltage System
  • Participate in cost out workshops for Low Voltage System together with relevant stakeholders.
  • Support and maintain the business cases for Low Voltage systems together with relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintain and track cost out savings from idea, design and to implementation
  • Coordination of second source introduction.

It is highly important, that you are well-versed in cross organizational communication, and feel comfortable with stakeholder management.

  • Developing and testing electrical components.
  • Identifying and selecting components, materials, parts, and semi-products appropriate for electrical system design.
  • Creates electrical models and tolerance analyses to simulate electrical design concepts.
  • Calculates and creates final layout including documentation and specification for parts, assemblies, or finished products.
  • Maintains technical product files.
  • Analyzes existing development procedures and suggests improvements.
  • Upgrades the design of existing devices by adding electrical elements
  • Analyzes localization requirements and designs/adapts products and solutions accordingly.

What you need to make a difference
Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for…

An individual with an B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, or other relevant electrical educational background.

And/or you have a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience within electricals. Alternatively, you can show relevant experience from studies or internships.

Most importantly, we are looking for a new colleague with a “can do” attitude, who are willing to learn.

You have a strong technical mindset and enjoy working analytical with your tasks. As a person, you are an outgoing communicative individual who values collaboration and take charge in hectic situations and possess the ability to maintain an overview while helping the team as coordinator.

You have a high level of Microsoft Office, and you are an expert in Excel. Knowledge of Electrical EPLAN/See Electrical is a plus, but not a requirement.

You are fluent in English, orally and written. Positive if you speak and write Spanish or Danish also.
