Efficient PHP web developer

For our client Secomea, we are searching for a well-qualified open source web developer to be responsible for the tools and business applications for their range of Industrial IoT solutions.

Your responsibiities 
You will have a key role in their web team, focusing on the backend systems and portals for ordering and provisioning of product activation licenses. Together with a few colleagues in this team, you will develop the license portal and other business solutions in PHP/MySQL as well as some frontend development in HTML and JavaScript. Preferably, you will also take on some DevOps responsibilities.
 
The focus will also be on integrating and optimizing the business applications for their logistics, sales, global distributors and strategic partners - and you will discuss relevant solutions with Secomea colleagues in other departments and business areas.
 
Your team works closely together with the core product development team, and many tools and processes are shared for optimal synergy.
Although the teams are working with an Agile mind-set, no formal Agile frameset is currently used, but a transformation into more formal Agile methods is in progress. It is important that you come with an open mind-set to actively participate in this process. 
 
We expect you to have 

• Experience in PHP based responsive websites and backends on MySQL
• Experience with defining, writing and documenting APIs
• Knowledge about HTML and JavaScript
• Knowledge about Microservice architectures (cloud services)   
• Knowledge about RabbitMQ and Flyway  
• Knowledge about maintaining security mesures
• Knowledge about User Experience driven development  

Their everyday software development tools include GitLab, JIRA, Docker and Jenkins.

• You consider yourself a fast learner and logical thinker. 
• You like working in a team towards common goals. 
• You have a natural curiosity in new technologies, methods and open source projects that could benefit your work and the company.  

You must be fluent in English, and if not Danish speaking, you have experience on how to compensate for that in a mostly Danish-speaking team.
