Every day, thousands of people make calls, play games, or listen to music with one of EPOS’ best-in-class headsets. Software has become paramount to their sound quality, and digital signal processing is at the heart of the development of headsets. With EPOS’ continuous growth, they are looking for even more DSP Engineers to join their Digital Signal Processing team.

Join a growing team!
You will be part of a highly skilled and fast-paced team responsible for delivering both innovation and best-in-class headset quality. EPOS’ Digital Signal Processing team is part of the Software development department with expertise in Digital Signal Processing, Embedded software, Software Test and Mobile, PC and Cloud applications. At EPOS, they work in cross-functional project teams, and you will therefore daily interface with Acoustic, Software and Hardware Engineers.

You will focus on developing products through all project phases, from specification through design, implementation, and test. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Contribute to the development of new audio products
  • Development of audio algorithms in products
  • MIPS, memory, and power optimization
  • Algorithm tuning tools
  • Porting of algorithm

Solid Digital Signal Processing skills
EPOS are looking to hire DSP engineers with an agile and communicative mindset. On the technical side, the ideal candidate meets the following requirements:

  • Relevant M.Sc. degree and minimum 3 years of experience
  • Experience with embedded programming in Assembler, C or C++ is a necessity to succeed in the role
  • Experience with low-power, MIPS and memory optimization
  • Experience with wireless communication, acoustics and/or audio algorithms
