dRofus Manager for our Buildings Team in Copenhagen
Arup Denmark in a joint venture is responsible for the engineering design for the Somatic Building at the New Bispebjerg Hospital in Copenhagen. The 66,500-square meter Somatic Hospital (700 bed units) is to be built in the existing Bispebjerg Hospital campus and to open in October 2024.
Arup’s scope includes 13 engineering and specialist services, working close with the architects and the Hospital team. In the current phase, we are looking for a talented dRofus manager to join our Buildings Team. You will ideally have experience completing a project using dRofus. It is a great opportunity to get to know Arup and be part of 13,000 people network. This role is a part-time position for 6 months.
Your responsibilities
You will play an active role in an important stage of our multidisciplinary team for Bispebjerg Hospital project.
You will be expected to take control of Arup’s completion of information into the dRofus database for the Bispebjerg Hospital project.
This involves:
- managing large quantities of data,
- commenting on project programmes,
- chasing engineers for information,
- attending coordination meetings within the JV,
- contributing to writing the dRofus documentation (including steering manual & tender docs),
- estimating future resource requirements, presenting progress at client meetings.
Your technical and personal competences
The role requires a skilled professional, who is a team player, and enjoys working in a vibrant international environment on high profile projects.
You will take on the responsibility for delivering the dRofus database. Ideally you are a project manager with data management skills and engineering knowledge.
