How to contribute to our vision
For our Offshore Service Logistics department, we are looking for a documentation specialist to participate in managing, developing, and optimizing the documentation database to suit the overall documentation needs of the department, so that both jackup, CTV, and SOV projects can be stored within the same structure in as transparent a way as possible.

Main the responsibilities revolve around creation and maintenance of KPI’s, dashboards, and reports in PowerBI/Tableau. You will define procedures and author guides on which documentation items are required in which circumstances, and on how the database should be used.

You will have a very broad interface that includes both internal SGRE departments and external entities such as customers, suppliers, subcontractors, and Marine Warranty Surveyors, therefore you will play a key role in ensuring a good cooperation with externals.

You will take the lead or play an active supporting role in collecting and registering documentation from customers and suppliers and in ensuring approval from Marine Warranty Surveyors. You will be owner of and responsible for different documentation processes which include flow management, tracking, and control including documentation management.

What you need to make a difference
Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change.  We are looking for you, who wants to make real what matters and who wants to change the world to renewable energy.  The ideal candidate has extensive practical experience with

  • Creating dashboards in PowerBI/Tableau or similar
  • Working with data sources and data analysis
  • Super user skills in MS office, PowerBI/Tableau and a knack for document management on IT platforms (SharePoint, TeamCenter, Confluence, or similar).
  • You have a structured and disciplined approach with a high focus on detail, while always having an overview of the overall status of the relevant documentation-related and database-related projects.
