Arcadia eFuels is on a mission to combat CO2-emissions from the hard-to-electrify aviation sector - a simple yet impactful mission. To help reach our goals, the team in Vordingborg is expanding, and we are looking for a proactive and talented Project Engineer to join us.
Responsibilities
As a Project Engineer, you'll assist in various project-related activities, including technical reviews, stakeholder management, permitting, and developing operational procedures. The primary focus is reaching FID for the project, with the role later evolving into a hands-on position during construction and plant operation. Initially, you will report to the plant manager.
Qualifications
We're looking for a team player, with excellent problem-solving skills, a methodical mindset, and one who thrives with an ever-changing plate of tasks. Your qualifications include:
- At least 5 years of experience
- A technical education and background (mechanical, electrical, civil, or chemical engineering or similar).
- Excellent communication skills in English and Danish., verbally and written.
- It is an advantage if you have experience with:
- Project management on large-scale projects.
- Technical reviews
- Maintenance and plant operation.
- Syngas, or gas-to-liquids (GTL) technology, Oil/gas production, electrolysis, large scale electrical systems, or other complicated processes.
About Us
We are an American/Danish company, with an international organization of 20+ employees, working to establish multiple eKerosene plants worldwide – the first expected to be in Vordingborg. Our feedstock is renewable electricity, seawater, and CO2. Our solution is a plant consisting of a range of petrochemical units and a large electrolysis facility. Our product, eKerosene, is a CO2-neutral fuel to replace conventional fuel in jet engines.
