In CMC Training & Statistics, a department in CMC Operations & Strategy Execution, you will be part of a highly dedicated unit. The department is responsible for LEAN, process management, training and statistical support across CMC Development. As an intern you will get the opportunity to collaborate with engaged colleagues that work with Digital learning, strategic improvement projects and training administration.

The Position

The job has two main responsibilities. You will support our project manager in driving strategic improvement projects incl. Digital learning initiatives related to training and competence management. In this role you will conduct analyses, prepare business cases and presentations, support improvement workshops as well as implementing and anchoring solutions. You will also be part of the training support team where you will help with driving the transition to a corporate Competence Management system and standardise competences to ensure simple training administration across CMC Development.

• Internship Period: Approx. 6 months (depending on your studies)
• Working Hours: Fulltime
• Start date: 16-Mar-2020.
• A Danish full time work permit is required
   

Qualifications

Preferably, you hold a Bachelor's or are studying a Master’s degree within Digital design and interactive technologies, Digital innovation-, management and learning or another relevant field. We are looking for an intern who is passionate about LEAN, has a flair for data analysis and structure. You are used to work with Microsoft Office, preferably also with SharePoint and Power Apps.

As a person you are positive and dedicated and have a strong personal drive and dedication. You are structured and pay attention to details while keeping the greater overview. You work independently, are proactive, have great coordination skills and you always strive to find the best and most simple possible solutions. Finally, Danish language skills are a prerequisite and proficiency in verbal and written English is essential.
