You ensure strong planning, management and execution of web activities
As the Digital Marketing & Web Manager, you will be part of an international team of digital marketing & communications managers. You will run and lead the Oticon web channel from HQ and coorporate closely with our local sister companies.
- Overall responsible for maintaining and developing the Oticon websites
- Strategic development of our website platform by linking digital marketing and the web developers from our inhouse agency
- Product Owner prioritizing strategic and hands-on initiatives on the Sitecore platform
- Coordinating content for the websites with the Content Team
- Managing SEO initiatives across sites
- Setting up KPI’s and reading analytics - and act on the insights
- Coordinating and managing vendor relationships
Experienced Digital Manager and excellent networker
For you to be a success in this job, we expect you to have a relevant educational background on Master level and 5-10 years of experience from a comparable job in an international marketing department or digital agency. You are data-oriented and translate data into marketing initiatives - and not least, you have in-depth experience leading digital projects in bigger organisations.
You have gained substantial experience with technical project management of digital projects involving stakeholders from multiple countries. You live and breathe the digital world and take an interest in communicating in a relevant way and getting the right message through. You like to dig into analytics and know how to optimise the digital channels based on data.
On a personal level you are characterised by your extroversion and ability to communicate naturally and create strong relations with both internal and external stakeholders. Proficiency in English is mandatory.
