The Ørsted Graduate Programme is designed to unleash your potential and give you the unique opportunity of a fast-tracked career in Ørsted. The Graduate journey
Our Graduate Programme consists of two-three rotations, where you’ll solve business challenges, take responsibility for your own assignments, and engage in our day-to-day business decisions.

You’ll be working in our Upstream Digitalisation team for the first rotation, where you’ll be handling data from our power plants in Denmark, make the data easily accessible for all our internal and external customers, and improve our processes by using machine learning and advanced analytics. Your other rotations will be determined during your first rotation and will depend on your skills and interests.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • improving accessibility and quality of our data
  • working on projects with advanced analytics and machine learning
  • adding new perspectives and methods to influence our agile working environment
  • defining, building, and implementing machine learning models in our existing data pipeline
  • assessing security and compliance requirements in relation to data analytics.

To succeed in this role, you:

  • hold a master’s degree in IT or software engineering from before 1 September 2022 with excellent results
  • have strong analytical skills, a high level of personal drive and a high learning ability
  • have experience with data science, artificial intelligence, and robotics process automation
  • have experience with and an understanding of enterprise relational database systems
  • possess an understanding of cloud technologies, architecture, security, and integration between cloud and on-premise IT.
