In your new role as Digital Experience & Support Editor, you will be responsible for setting up websites in our CMS (Sitecore)

The position
As our new Digital Experience & Support Editor, you will become part of a team of highly engaged and skilled colleagues, where we strive to supply the best digital solutions aimed at the BtC market. We support both our brand organization and our sales companies worldwide in different digital channels. Our responsibility is to ensure an excellent user experience on our websites, and thus improve sales through optimization as well as service solutions according to the defined KPIs.
In your new role as Digital Experience & Support Editor, you will be responsible for setting up websites in our CMS (Sitecore), working on User Experience and SEO. Furthermore, you will ensure that Sitecore templates are applicable for other divisions and markets globally.
The main responsibilities include:
- Building landing pages and templates in Sitecore to maximize user experience.
- Ensure Sitecore templates are applicable for other divisions and markets.
- Review existing content, optimize, pass on insights and advise divisions and markets on performance.
- Sitecore support to super users.
- User journey experience and conversion optimization (CRO)
- Support in the finalization and distribution phase.
- Coordination with numerous internal and external stakeholders.
Your background
You hold a degree at M.Sc. level maybe cand.merc or cand.IT, but your educational background is not of primary importance, we are looking more at your career history. The ideal candidate has a solid background from an international marketing department or digital agency.
We expect you to be structured and you need to have a great overview. We are looking for a proactive, flexible, dynamic person, who finds it easy establishing and maintaining personal relations across a large organization and with multiple interfaces.
In order for you to be successful in this position, you possess the following qualifications:
- Living and breathing digital with an analytical mindset (Google Analytics)
- Experience within Sitecore (or other leading CMS) and a great understanding of the costumer journey.
- Good knowledge about website structure, navigation principles, information architecture (IA), SEO, user experience (UX) and you know how to create a seamless user experience that helps the user in the right way.
- A great commercial understanding, and are able to translate data based insights to concrete actions, with a critical eye on content.
