Then join us as an intern and get an opportunity to work alongside experienced colleagues from many different disciplines and nationalities within the Employer Branding & Onboarding team. We are looking for a social media savvy intern with a flair for communication and storytelling, as well as gift for social media community management.

The position
As our new intern, we offer you a great learning opportunity and a chance to help shape and direct our employer branding and social media strategy. Your main area of responsibilities will be to support our digital communication efforts, including content creation and social media management, career website support and contributing to our internal employer branding advocacy tools. More specifically, you will assist with story-telling and social media management. You will have the opportunity to help set editorial direction, find and write stories to maintain a regular flow of engaging content for our social media channels. As such, you will play a critical role in ensuring high quality in our digital communication and play a crucial role in monitoring our social media community.

Further, you will support the team on a variety of ad-hoc tasks within the area, giving you the chance to explore many aspects of employer branding and be part of a team that raises the bar when it comes to using new, innovative approaches for talent acquisition.

The working hours can be flexible but ideally we’d like to have you onboard for 37 hours a week.

  • Internships are remunerated, if your educational track allows
  • A Danish full time work permit is required

Qualifications
We are looking for an intern with a passion for digital communication, social media management and storytelling. To qualify, you need to be currently studying for a master’s degree, preferably within marketing, communications, journalism or another relevant field. 

Your competences include project management skills and a flair for copy writing. You have an interest in using our online platforms to enable targeted communication to attract the best talents to Novo Nordisk. Editorial experience and the ability to deliver compelling stories and messages that thrive on social media will be highly appreciated. Excellent communication skills as well an impeccable command of the English language is required. 

As a person, you are outgoing with a strong personal drive and dedication. We expect you to be service minded and proactive with a positive mindset. Where others see facts, you see stories. You thrive independently, but strong interpersonal skills will help you build meaningful relationships with key stakeholders. 

About the department
As our intern, you will be an integral part of the Employer Branding & Onboarding team, consisting of 9 dedicated and international employees from a variety of backgrounds within HR, communication, marketing and IT. We use our differences to create and develop innovative approaches and high-quality solutions to attract the best talents to Novo Nordisk. 

Serving as a Centre of Excellence, our main objective is to position Novo Nordisk as a preferred employer and thus, help business areas across Novo Nordisk globally to find and attract critical and best-in-class talent.
