The position
Within this role, you will be engaged in a digital transformational programme or project and working in an agile setup, where you will be involved in developing learning and communication material for the organisational change management initiatives in focus. During the six months, you will learn how to deliver strong results in an efficient and value-adding way.   • Internship period: Full-time position for 6 months 
  • Internship duration: 1 August 2023. – 31 January 2024.
  • Location: Søborg, Copenhagen
  • A Danish full-time work permit is required

Qualifications
You are currently pursuing a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Media, Learning, Education, Psychology, or another relevant field.

  • Highly skilled in Office 365 applications (PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, Yammer, Teams), and you are a true vizard creating visually appealing presentations, videos and articles that catch the interest of the audience
  • Curiosity to learn while bringing a can-do attitude
  • Ability to meet deadlines without sacrificing quality and thrive working both independently and in teams
  • Fluency in spoken and written English
  • Some experience in developing training and/or communication, as well as some background in Adobe Suite and Articulate 360, is considered a plus

As a person, you are highly driven and due to a structured mindset. And importantly, you approach tasks and colleagues with a positive attitude, energy, and a good sense of humour.

About the department
Our OCM centre of excellence consists of 11 dedicated colleagues pursuing to drive changes and maximise the benefits of the strategic programmes we support, and minimise change fatigue and resistance across the SubLCM business unit. We are part of the Submissions and Life Cycle Management which is part of the Development (R&D) area in Novo Nordisk with a team of approx. 1.100 people pursuing better outcomes for patients and product development. The SubLCM OCM team is responsible for partnering, advising, and executing change management expertise to our customers and providing effective learning solutions. You will be part of a young, dynamic department, all coming from diversified professional backgrounds.
