Do you want to develop innovative hearing aids and accessories through delivering optimized embedded coding, but enjoy the responsibility of planning and leading through SCRUM in a SAFe setup?

We constantly strive to make ourselves better

A team of dedicated colleagues are looking forward to working with you. Together, we develop the next generation of embedded operating systems and drivers for our hearing solutions, that allows our users to hear more, do more and be more than ever thought possible.

In our team, we listen, challenge, and transform. We listen to the feedback from you and your colleagues and use it to become a little bit better whenever possible.

You develop processes as well as hearing aids
As our next developer you will be doing real-time embedded software development with emphasis on scalable, reusable, and testable technologies. Our development process follows SAFe, - iterative with emphasis on synchronized cadence.

While many of your colleagues focus entirely on coding, you will act as SCRUM master for the team and secure agility within the team as well as securing reliable deliveries of high quality. Our SCRUM setup is already defined, and your ability to streamline the process defines how much of your time, you will spend on it.

Furthermore, you:

  • Make sure the backlog is up to date.
  • Engage in all phases of development including ideation, specification, and design.
  • Implement automated unit-testing.

You listen to- and challenge your team

You can prioritize team performance before your own. In line with our strategy, you can listen, challenge, and transform. By engaging and communicating with your colleagues, you can support and servantly lead the team.

Your motivational skills cannot do it alone. With the responsibility you have, it is crucial that you are structured and can keep an eye on what needs updating, optimizing, and caring.

Additionally, you:

  • Possess a minimum of two years of experience as a developer.
  • Have experience with SCRUM mastering.
  • Are experienced in working with either coding bare metal or RTOS or you are experienced in working with wireless communication.

Let your creativity loose

When you start your GN career, you will find, that your effort will make a difference for people, that are stigmatized by loss of hearing. But you will also discover, that working with us means being prioritized. In fact, we are evaluated the most attractive workplace within electronics and telecommunication.

Please write in your application that you've seen the job at Jobfinder.

One of the things we do in our team to create a great work environment is integrating innovation in the PI schedule. Every third month we give you and your colleagues a day, where you can work entirely on your own self-made projects and let your inner creative child run amok. Furthermore, we have a variety of social clubs and events available for you.
