Developer & Scrum/Kanban Master

This license system handles software download, licenses and monitoring of all 3Shape products worldwide. The development of this product and infrastructure is critical for our company-backbone, requiring great responsibility and dedication, and often involves many stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for continuously adapting how we work,  facilitating our day-to-day work, but also being involved in the development and internal support of our License System and Infrastructure.  You will join a team of highly skilled colleagues who are already familiar with scrum and agile development processes using the latest technologies.

As the teams’ servant leader, you are responsible for exhibiting agile leadership, facilitating meetings, removing impediments and understanding the need for relentless improvements. You are helping the teams being the best that they can be. Being curious by nature you are eager to experiment with new practices to see what works best, realizing of course that a team that has fun together achieves the best results.

As a software developer you are experienced and mature, capable of taking the lead on complex tasks involving many stakeholders. You will develop using the latest windows azure technologies, automated infrastructure setup and automated test, tools, web services and databases using C#, Powershell, SQL and occasionally Delphi.

Your Profile:
Successful candidates should master the following qualifications:

• A degree in Computer Science or Engineering. as well as proven programming experience
• Experience with SCRUM, Kanban or similar
• Excellent programming skills in C#/.NET, Delphi, Java, C++ or similar
• A well-structured and thorough approach to solving problems balanced with keeping a high pace of development
• Energetic and positive mind-set, interested in providing good service to our internal customers
