About the department
You will be part of the IT & Automation team in the Technical Support department, which is responsible for maintenance & support of IT, facilities, utilities, equipment and other support related functions. The IT & Automation team’s responsibilities are to initiate, drive and participate in various IT related tasks with the purpose to ensure our production, compliance and future quality and regulatory requirements

The position
In Oral Finished Products we work together with one common goal; to deliver our products to the patients, that needs it, so that we can do a life-changing difference. I this position you will contribute to this by making sure, that our production systems support the tablet production in the best possible way.

Most of our IT Systems are part of the production equipment, and in Technical Support we have the responsibility to make sure, that our systems are following internal and external requirements with focus on GMP. You will be IT System Manager for your own systems, where you will be responsible for IT Risk Assessments, IT Qualifications, User Review Report, IT Periodic System Evaluation, Deviations, Change requests and more. 

Your day-day work consists of coordinating activities with our stakeholders in the production and together clarify which solutions will be possible to do within the system and according to the current regulatory requirements.

Our production systems mostly consist of Windows OS, but we also have Linux and virtual machines. 

Qualifications
The ideal candidate has an Engineering, Pharmaceutical or IT master’s degree and 1-2 years of experience with production, process optimisation and/or IT. The experience can come from fulltime, student jobs and/or internships. 

Most of our production It is on local Windows machines, but experience/interest within Linux and Virtual machines is an advantage. It is not a requirement that you have experience with IT systems in production, but that you have keen interest to understand IT and has a systematic and scientific approach to your work.  

You are curious about IT and have a systematic and scientific approach to your work. You thrive in a dynamic environment where the priorities often change and where you do not compromise on the quality of your work and the documentation within your scope. You are a team player that enjoys a lot of social interaction.
