Decarbonization Retrofits Project Manager

We are a team of world leading experts creating unique 2-Stroke technologies for sustainable world trade and we are looking for an experienced technical project manager to join our Decarbonization Retrofits team in 2-Stroke R&D Copenhagen and support our customers in finding the best solutions.

What are you going to do?
As a Technical project manager/lead, you will:

• Be responsible for developing retrofit concepts and projects for dual fuel conversions and energy efficiency solutions with assistance from R&D and engineering departments
• Ensure that technical scope, timelines and cost inputs for retrofit project bids is submitted to the project sales team
• Manage the Dual Fuel conversion retrofit portfolio in R&D from priority and resource perspective.
• Join customer and other external meetings and discussions, to cover your area of responsibilities
• Be the link and co-ordinate various projects between sales, execution, Engineering and R&D teams
• Have project management responsibilities on assigned projects.

Who are you?
We imagine that you:

• Have 3+ years’ experience as a technical project manager for medium/ large engineering projects on ships/ engines/ shipyards/ offshore platforms
• Have a good understanding of 2 Stroke engines as a qualified operator, marine engineer,  or mechanical engineer involved in engine design/ service.
• Have strong stakeholder management and communication skills and are comfortable interacting at all levels within the organization
• Enjoy working independently in a fast developing environment
• Have a project management qualification preferably
