Imagine a future where you develop Machine Learning Models for Predictive Maintenance for power plants in the world’s most sustainable energy company

Join us in this role where you’ll get the opportunity to analyse and handle outputs from existing models and create new detection models in close cooperation with our subject matter experts from our power plants. In this position you will contribute with your knowledge of methods for analytics and statistics as well as general insights and experience in creating value from data. You’ll be part of Competence Centre, Data Management, GIS and Integrations where you, together with your colleagues, will be part of a new scrum team and build the foundation for a future where predictive maintenance is providing increased value to our bioenergy division which delivers the majority of power and heat to the Danish households. The team consists of employees in Denmark and Malaysia and is part of a large global IT organisation working with a SAFe agile mindset.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • changing the mindset from a traditional break-down maintenance to implementing Predictive Maintenance methodologies
  • building automated systems for predictive maintenance such as condition monitoring and remaining useful life prediction
  • analysing model outputs together with a diverse range of subject matter experts
  • extracting value from complex datasets to be presented in a structured way to the business
  • monitoring model performance for model drift and recalibration of models.

To succeed in the role, you:

  • have excellent communication and presentation skills
  • are service-minded and passionate about teamwork
  • have a passion for developing software to address data-processing challenges and have significant development experience and interest in the extensive use of Python
  • have knowledge about quantitative analyses and processing large data volumes
  • have experience working with SQL databases
  • have knowledge about Azure data storage or a similar cloud platform.
