Enterprise Marketing, Nordics
At our global HQ, in Ballerup, Copenhagen, we offer you a flexible student position, where you get to do a broad variation of tasks, supporting both the End Customer Marketing and Channel Marketing functions. You will become part of a passionate small Nordic team with an informal and professional atmosphere and in a fast-moving business environment. The Nordic Enterprise team is a small team, but part of the EMEA North organization in GN Audio.

What you can expect
A great entry-level opportunity to quickly build hands-on experience. Your role will be to help coordinate regional marketing activities and support the team with various administrative tasks. Your work will depend on the Marketing Team’s specific projects, but you will primarily be working with  marketing and communication tasks. This means, that you will support the team with:

  • Translations/Localization (Full professional proficiency in Danish & English is required, as proofreading is a part of the role). 

  • Lead qualification. 

  • Campaign coordination. 

  • Monthly Newsletters. 

  • Coordinating events. 

  • Create reports and PowerPoint presentations. 

  • Engaging with external agencies. 

  • Other Ad hoc assignments. 

The time required will be around 15-20 hours per week but working hours will be adapted to your lessons and exams. We are flexible, and hope you are too.

Who are we looking for?
As a person you are proactive, positive and like to work independently. You enjoy working on different tasks with a structured approach and attention to details. You will work with different team members, so it is important that you are open and outgoing. Juggling multiple priorities at a time, an eye for detail and responsiveness are keys to success in this role. Additionally, we imagine that you:

  • Bachelor student of communication, marketing or similar. 

  • Native Danish speaker and have a flair for writing/proofreading. 

  • Strong Danish and English communication skills. 

  • Experienced user of the MS Office programs. Furthermore, it’s an advantage if you have experience with MS Dynamics CRM, Photoshop or InDesign. 

  • Well organized and get the job done on time and in full.
