How to contribute to our vision
For our System Integration team within the Software Solutions division, we are looking for a Cybersecurity Test Engineer for our existing System Test team.

In the System Integration Department, we fulfill the role of a Solution Level System team according to the SAFe framework, which means that we are responsible for; the SW test strategy, the enforcement of it, and the creation and maintenance of our CI build- and test environments in which automated tests are executed. We are responsible for the definition, implementation and operation of all Solution/System level tests, thus ensuring the high SW quality required by our customer operating wind farms globally.

We use BDD as our requirement and test process, which means all system level features are formulated in Gherkin. This also goes for our broad set of Vulnerability scans. Due to the complexity of the vulnerability scanning and static code analysis, we hold this competence centrally and provide the scanning service to the product teams. This position offers the opportunity to take responsibility for this area and grow it further in close collaboration with our Cybersecurity Architects and experts.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • You will implement new and maintain existing Cybersecurity tests in Cucumber/Ruby
  • You will initially manually analyze new scanning areas and automate the analysis of the scanning results to enable scalability and flow.
  • You provide ad hoc expert knowledge to the product teams for them to understand the scanning results they are receiving.
  • Together with the Cybersecurity Architect team you define which new scanning areas to address and how, to ensure we always use state-of-art technologies and practices to ensure high stability and short feedback time
  • You will be working on vulnerability scans for both in-house developed SW products and 3rd party HW devices and SW components.
  • With your deep knowledge of Security test principles, you will refine the acceptance criteria and challenge the testability of the relevant products

What you need to make a difference
Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change.  We are looking for you, who wants to make real what matters and who wants to change the world to renewable energy.

The ideal candidate holds an academic degree in Network Engineering, Computer Engineering, IT, Cybersecurity or similar in combination with thorough practical experience with

  • Cybersecurity Test methods and result analysis.
  • Complex network structures and penetration testing or vulnerability scanning
  • You have experience in applying agile software development practices (e.g. CRUM/SAFe)
  • You preferably have an ISQTB certification, but your passion for Security Test in a CD environment is most important.
  • You are motivated by and interested in automation and development

Most importantly, you challenge yourself and your colleagues to achieve the best results. You have a high professional competency and you have a desire to develop your skills. You have good collaboration skills and you can manage to act in different cultural contexts. To thrive in this position, you must have a strong result- and customer-oriented approach.

In return of your commitment we offer you…
