The best cross-organisational Cyber Asset Inventory Coordinator

Can you ensure an overview of all production IT systems we have in all our wind farms? Then you could be our new Cyber Asset Inventory Coordinator.

Join us and become Cyber Asset Inventory Coordinator in Wind Power IT. In an increasingly competitive industry, Wind Power aims to maintain its position as a global leader in offshore wind power production. Agile and cost-effective IT solutions are an integral part of staying competitive. Wind Power IT is responsible for a lean and optimised application landscape across Wind Power. As a team, we facilitate and lead both business and IT in the digitisation of Wind Power.

Wind Power IT is part of DONG Energy IT, linking business and IT for the benefit of DONG Energy as a whole as well as Wind Power. We are professional, reliable and responsible.

You may choose freely to be based either at our office in Skærbæk near Fredericia or in Gentofte in the Greater Copenhagen area. However, you should expect some travelling both within Denmark and to our wind farms and offices outside Denmark.

Your key tasks will be to

  • develop our Cyber Asset Inventory (overview of our production IT systems) for all wind farms
  • ensure an updated Cyber Asset Inventory throughout the lifetime of our wind farms
  • support our Cyber Asset owners in their work on the Cyber Asset Inventory
  • develop the Cyber Asset Inventory according to changing business needs
  • develop processes and routines that ensure efficient and effective updates and use of the Cyber Asset Inventory.

Furthermore, your key task will be to support our wind farm construction projects in preparing the Cyber Asset Inventory as part of the documentation of the windfarm.

Our Cyber Asset Inventory holds key information on all our production-related IT systems, including hardware, software and data. Through the development of the inventory, you will be an essential part of maturing control with our cyber assets.

Your qualifications and core competences include that you

  • have a relevant master's degree
  • can create and maintain a clear structure for a complex matter
  • take pride and are persistent in ensuring all details in the inventory are included and correct
  • understand the efficiency and effectiveness of having good processes in place.

The Cyber Asset Inventory will have many stakeholders. A service-minded, pragmatic yet persistent approach will be key to maintaining the inventory. Experience with process implementation and general IT interest will be an advantage.

As we operate in an international environment, it is essential that you speak and write English fluently.
