As part of the Customer Care department, our ambition is to exceed customer expectations. We provide support to the world's leading dental supply companies, small- to large scale dental laboratories and dental clinics, and we need an enthusiastic and skilled colleague to help us service our growing customer base and achieve our goals. You will join our International Customer Care department with support teams in Denmark, Ukraine, USA, Colombia, China and Australia. You will be based in Copenhagen and report to the Advanced Support Manager.

In this position, you will become a technical expert in our software and hardware products and solve cases escalated by partners, customers and support colleagues globally. Contributing to support documentation and training of new colleagues and distributors will also be part of your responsibility. Furthermore, you will be in close contact with colleagues in other departments, especially product management, R&D and production.

Your responsibility:

  • Technical support on 3Shape hardware (3D scanners) and software (CAD/CAM) escalated by our partners, customers and  other support colleagues
  • General support case management: logging, prioritization, troubleshooting, potential escalation to other departments, closing, follow-up
  • Knowledge transfer - Creating and reviewing knowledge base articles and support documentation
  • Training - technical training and coaching of colleagues and distributor supporters
  • Contributing to 3Shape's business by providing structured feedback to Product Management and R&D
  • Contribute for the department to provide the industry's best Customer Support

Your profile:

  • Relevant IT education and/or relevant experience in a support function;
  • Advanced Microsoft Windows knowledge
  • General networking knowledge incl. understanding the concepts of client-server installations
  • Database (MSSQL or other) administration knowledge
  • Customer oriented approach
  • Great analytical abilities and attention to detail, but keeping the big picture in mind
  • Ability to work independently with the desire to share knowledge with colleagues
  • Good communicator, asking the right questions and listening also to what is not being said
  • Intercultural competences
  • Fluency in English, both verbally and in writing
