Alfa Laval Nordic Service work with aftermarket product & service for the Nordic Energy, Food & Water industries. We are now looking for a candidate within Customer Service.
Your main task will be to handle internal sales, order process and technical support to our customers and Alfa Laval colleagues. This includes amongst other tasks to work proactively with service planning, telephone sales, make and follow up on quotes and orders. You will support both the Danish and the Norwegian market. Our products are mainly heat exchangers, separators and decanter centrifuges.
The mission is to create customer satisfaction by supplying service’s creating customers best experiences and this you will do together with your colleagues.
To be successful in this position you need to be a technical oriented team player. You are also accurate, structured, and have a well-developed flair for maintaining relationships with customers over the phone.
You should also be sales focused and with the ability to have - and even like - handling more than one thing at a time. You act fast on customer requests and understand the importance to act correctly and get things done.
You have either a technical education and/or solid working experience within technical sales. Experience of Alfa Laval products will be an advantage. You also need to have good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and other business related systems.
You master Danish and English, both spoken and written.
Practicalities: Your working place will be Copenhagen (Söborg) in our environmentally friendly Green Building. Your team consists of 10 colleagues, where five are based in Tumba and five in Denmark. You will report to the Customer Service manager.
