Who are you?
Do you always have the customer in focus as well as your employees and support them in development and daily work? Are you a doer and feel comfortable with both operational and more strategic tasks? Are you a strong communicator and networker and like to be close to your team?
The Customer Service Manager we are looking for will be responsible for a Customer Service team in our Nordic organization. Your team is based in Stockholm, Søborg and Kolding and are supporting customers in all Nordic countries.
The mission is to create customer satisfaction by supplying service’s creating customers best experiences and this you will do together with your team.
What you know
You have a technical education/experience and experience from a customer support/sales or support function. You have management experience and preferably you have worked as a “virtual” manager/colleague/project leader. The ideal candidate has experience from relevant market/industries.
We know you have good communications skills and easily communicate both in our Scandinavian languages and English.
Practicalities:
You will be placed in Copenhagen (Søborg) in our environmentally friendly Green Building. You will report to the Division Manager Service and be part of the divisions management team. Travel days at least 60 days since you are expected to travel to Sweden on a regular basis.
