Our production, administration and development is gathered at the headquarter in Stilling, south of Aarhus. In the position as CRM Coordinator, you will become a part of our Sales Process & Tools team which is the business owner of the Kamstrup Sales Process and CRM platform.
CRM Coordinator with a unique possibility to influence our growth
As our CRM Coordinator your primary area of responsibility will be to engage with the operational key stakeholders on both business and IT side to ensure controlled progress of prioritized deliveries, following a scrum release cycle as well as to mobilize a Super-User community to assure end-user adoption of new functionalities.
Therefore, you will be responsible for:
- Maintaining and documenting our Change Request Pipeline in cooperation with internal CRM IT Specialist
- Optimizing our User Guideline library (Clicklearn)
- Designing lists and dashboards in CRM
- Performing user training on current and upcoming functionalities
- Driving and securing an adequate competence platform in cooperation with Key Users
- Monitoring data and process quality based on selected KPI’s
You may experience 10-15 travel days per year.
We are looking for an ambitious person with a good business understanding of processes and IT architecture, coming from a similar position. In addition, we expect you to have:
- Super User skills within Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365 and MS Excel
- Minimum 3 years of experience working in an international B2B organization Minimum 2 years of experience working with project planning tools
- Experience with ERP and Business Intelligence tools
As a person, you are robust and capable of maintaining overview in a hectic environment which will offer many, varied activities. You are able to work structured and independently with your tasks, while also enjoying cooperating with your colleagues. As you will be working with change management and training, it is important that you possess great communication- and people skills.
It is a requirement that you master Danish and English on a high level – both orally and written.
