About the position/Who are we looking for
In Product Design & Application we develop, implement and perform on-going support to different doses forms (eg. tablets, capsules) containing probiotic cultures.

The focus in CMO Process is implementation of new product or product changes at contract manufactures and follow up on product performance for products produced at contract manufactures. 

The CMO Process Team is based in our production facility in Avedøre, while the remaining team in Product Design & Application are based at our headquarter in Hørsholm, so at least one day per week should be expected to be in Hørsholm.  

Your primary responsibilities are 

• Complains and non-conformities handling in collaboration with contract manufactures
• Prepare and review master batch records during new product implementation or product changes
• Handle equipment or process changes at contract manufactures 
• Prepare and review process validation protocols and reports

The personal profile of your new employee:

• Master degree in science i.e. in Food Science, Pharmacy or other equivalent relevant degree
• Experience with handling CAPAs 
• Experience with process support from the dietary supplement industry would be an advantage
• You have strong personal drive, self motivating, energetic and enjoy working in a dynamic environment with changing priorities 
• You are service minded and have good communication skills
• You are team oriented and at the same time able to work independently 
• Fluency in written and spoken English is required and be able to understand Danish.

We offer
A temporary position allowing you to work closely together with our external contract manufacturer on up-scaling and implementing new products as well as being responsible for the ongoing production support of products at our contract manufacturer. You will have dynamic work day with a mixture of routine and ad hoc task.
