About the department
As a part of Novo Nordisk R&D family, Global Development makes a real difference for patients with chronic diseases across the world. In Global Development, we generate efficacy and safety data from clinical trials evaluating current and future medicines in more than 50 countries.
The job is in Strategic Development in Global Development and you will be a part of an expanding, international, high performing team in Søborg, Denmark, responsible for developing and communicating different strategic projects and the expanding Novo Nordisk drug development pipeline. In close collaboration with internal key stakeholders in Global Development, we make sure the strategies from management are communicated and implemented internally and that the value of drug development is communicated externally.

The position

You will be part of the communication team in Global Development and support day-to-day business processes and tasks. You will develop visually appealing communication, assist with communication campaigns and work with the communication team in making sure the messages are communicated in a visually convincing way using film, presentations, social media and other media. Your main task will be within the field of visual and graphic communication. At the moment we are in the process of updating our current communication material to follow our new Corporate Visual Identity guidelines and we need help with that. Furthermore, you will assist in planning and executing on communication campaigns and give input to internal communication platforms. The position is scheduled to 8-15 hours a week.

In return you will get a hands-on learning opportunity to supplement your studies and a chance to turn theories into practice. You will get experience within a global organisation and gain business understanding.

Qualifications

We are looking for a student assistant with passion and understanding for developing visually appealing communication material and expect that you: 

  • Are currently studying for your bachelor or master’s degree in communication, graphic design, pharma business or another relevant field. 
  • Have skills and flair for graphic design and potentially film editing. 
  • Are Office 365 super user (especially PowerPoint)
  • Are Experienced in Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Have experience with SharePoint or another intranet solution
  • Are fluent in both English and Danish, verbally as well as written
  • Have the ability to assist with multifaceted projects

Your strong interpersonal skills assist you in creating trustful relations across professions and geography, and you bring a healthy sense of humor to work – even when the pressure is on. We expect you to be service minded, that you thrive in a busy environment and that you are great at focusing on solutions and opportunities. You are also good at working independently and have the ability to identify areas and tasks where improvements are needed.
