A Student Assistant position in Novo Nordisk is a part-time position with flexible working hours from 8 – 20 per week - with flexibility to allow prioritising your exams and assignments as needed. We offer exciting and challenging positions that will provide a unique opportunity to familiarise yourself with Communication, Marketing, Training or HR, where you will become part of a team in one of our departments. 

The Communication, Marketing, Training & HR Talent Pipeline addresses positions within the following fields:

• Talent Management and Development
• Employer Branding
• Communication 
• Project Management
• Training and Learning
• Administrative Support
• Marketing

Qualifications 
You are currently enrolled at a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree within Communication, Marketing, Journalism, Training or HR, e.g. Psychology, Business Administration, or other HR and communication-related educations and you have at least 1 year left of your studies. 
We are looking for student assistans who are keen to learn and able to manage their own time. It’s an advance if you are a bit experienced with working in your field and used to work with a various number of stakeholders. 

Fluent in English is a requirement and you need to submit your CV in English.

Most of our Student Assistants positions a filled through our Talent Pipelines which means that by joining the pipelines you will get the opportunity to get matched with a lot of positions that never gets posted. 
When applying to this Talent Pipeline you will be considered as a potential match for several Student Assistants positions within the fields of Communication, Marketing, Training & HR, and if there is a match, we will reach out to you and invite you for a 1st interview with the hiring manager. 
You will only be contacted if we find a relevant position that matches your profile, but you will remain part of the Pipeline for up to 6 months, unless you inform us that you wish to withdraw.
