About the department
In BRD Manufacturing Development, we are responsible for supporting our production facilities and ongoing optimization of our many processes. You will be part of the Digital & Projects Students team within our Manufacturing Development area. The team consists of students with various competencies.

Main responsibilities for the team are supporting and optimizing all parts of the production, using IT, data and lean, from the manufacturing of active pharmaceutical ingredients, all the way through packaging to finished products. We are currently on a journey towards becoming even more data driven in this role.

The position
We are looking for a student worker to support our people and project managers with various tasks for 8-16 hours per week. The tasks will range from assisting our project managers with communication, such as writing quarterly newsletters, to organizing and following up on training, as well as departmental social activities. As this is a new role, you will get the opportunity to shape the way we do communication about digital solutions going forward.

You will collaborate closely with several teams, who will look to you for communication and/or change management ideas and knowledge. The employment will allow you to put your theoretical knowledge into practice while also allowing you to obtain industry experience and network with the company's brilliant employees.

Qualifications
Curious and willing to complete a variety of duties while collaborating with a variety of stakeholders. Ideally you are engaged in an academic education with focus on Project Management, Communication or Change Management. However, coming from an Engineering field or Natural Sciences with an interest in Change Management or Communication could also be a benefit.

Furthermore, you are professional, self-engaged and have a mindset of an entrepreneur. As a person you thrive in a role where you can be responsible for finding the right ways of communicating information and you have an interest in working and engaging with people from various fields. You are fluent in both written and spoken English.
