CAPA Project Leader

Cook Medical is continuously developing to meet external as well as internal challenges. To ensure that we keep maintaining and improving our product quality and safety as well as regulatory compliance, we are looking for a new member of our CAPA Team.

Responsibilities
You will be part of a dedicated team of 10 who is responsible for leading the CAPA’s in collaboration with the Product Sustainment, Production Engineering, Operations, Quality Engineering and Regulatory Affairs departments.

You will be facilitating the problem-solving process from the problem investigation and the root cause analysis and lead the implementation of the corrective and preventive actions.

This will include developing relationships at all organizational levels. Interfaces will include working within Cook Medical at a global level as well as with external vendors who provide Cook with raw materials and/or services.

Your responsibilities will be:

• Project Leader of CAPA’s
• Take projects from initiation to implementation and support verification of effectiveness
• Drive root cause analysis through internal and external partners

Qualifications
As the CAPA Team operates in a global environment, you are required to have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You have the ability to execute activities and a flair for collaborating at all levels.

You have an eye for detail, and at the same time, the ability to juggle multiple projects across the organization. It is obvious that you work independently with your own areas of responsibility and thrive on teamwork in an international and dynamic, cross-functional organization.

Importantly, you are expected to be a team player with a positive and committed approach to your tasks along with a proactive attitude to changes and new opportunities.

As a CAPA Project Leader, you are expected to have the following qualifications:

• Bachelor level education: Materials and Manufacturing Engineering, Chemical/Biochemical Engineering, Engineering Design and Applied Mechanics, Medicine and Technologies, Chemistry, Biotechnology or equivalent
• Project Management experience
• Experience of the pharma/medical device industry or another regulated industry preferred
• Language skills: Good command of written and verbal Danish and English
