CAD/PDM Supporter - for global CAD/PDM landscape

Who are we?
The OneEngineering program is a global program launched in the after wave of an organizational change program OneGEA which represents a revitalization of the way we organize ourselves in GEA. The program aims to streamline engineering tools as well as core business processes and promote best practice. We focus on both operational excellence and the development of future processes and tools.

We operate the program OneEngineering globally, and the main management departments, together with the core of the project management team are located in Søborg, where GEA has its largest Nordic office.

The OneEngineering program will have an impact on a large part of GEAs approximately 18,000 employees. In 2017 we initiated a number of projects within standardization, optimization and development regarding our business processes, as well as the tools and platforms we use. So we have a lot of exciting tasks ahead.

As the OneEngineering program will roll-out to many locations, we in the Technical Domain department are looking for a new colleague to handle global support of CAD/PDM applications. The vacancy is in the team, Technical Domain, which is a blended team of around 20 specialists and is part of the IT department. We support about half of all GEA locations around the world working with CAD/PDM

Your qualifications
We see a candidate with several years of experience with CAD/PDM in Autodesk software such as Inventor, AutoCAD Mechanical and Vault Professional - most likely as an experienced CAD administrator, super user or dedicated supporter. It would be a huge plus if you are familiar with support in a global organization or have experience with major IT transformation and projects in an engineering organization.

Your key personal competencies
You are service minded and thrive in solving CAD/PDM user challenges. It is clear that you are driven by helping users in collaboration with your colleagues. You have strong communicative skills - in English and preferably also in Danish that you use to interact with the users and stakeholders.

Your everyday assignments
You will work with our internal ticketing system and be in close contact with users across the world. You will handle support tickets, oversee the development of tickets and take an active role in our weekly support status meetings. You will be able to collaborate with and use the knowledge of your colleagues in the team. During the roll-out of OneEngineering to new locations you will be involved to ensure a smooth transition from implementation to daily operation and support.

What we offer
We offer an exciting working environment in an open and international team of highly skilled and qualified colleagues. Here your qualifications will be valued and we provide good opportunity to grow your competencies with like minds. We are a company that provides favorable opportunities as well as good possibilities for continued education.
