You will join a team of business consultants (HR, ERP and PLM) for which we are looking for a new Business Consultant. You will together with one other colleague be responsible for the Human Capital Management application. You will work at our headquarters in Ballerup and be part of an international IT department.
Human Capital Management Application
The core modules of our Human Capital Management system (SuccessFactors) are implemented and needs to be implemented globally and enhanced with new functionality.
As our new Business IT consultant, you will participate in the implementation and the future development of our SuccessFactors System from an IT application point of view.
As the future Business IT Consultant our Human Capital Management System you will:
- Have a leading role in the implementation of our projects in the SuccessFactors System
- Be responsible for the future development, operation and support of the application
- Develop and train the business owner community
- Handle application requests and issues
- Advise on the integration with other platforms and systems
We are a medical device company and your work must be executed in accordance with the regulatory requirements for our documentation and training standards.
A natural interest in business processes and system expertise
To be successful in the job, you need extensive IT applications experience with HR systems and preferably experience with SuccessFactors. In addition, you have working experience as a project member in application-related projects.
As a person, you are a strong team player and you have an analytical and structured approach. You see the big picture and you are diplomatic and open-minded. You are good at planning, following up, as well as keeping promises and deadlines.
Because of Ambu’s and Business IT’s international nature, it is important that you have a global mind-set and that you are comfortable writing and communicating in English.
