When it comes to achieving Ambu’s overall objectives, Business IT is imperative and our ERP solution, M3, is a big part of that. You will join the growing Business IT Department currently comprised of 15 colleagues and located in Ballerup, Denmark. You will report to Director of IT Applications.

Responsibilities and tasks
As a Business IT Consultant, you will participate as a project member in application related projects and assist in the roll out of the M3 application suite.
Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Serve as an M3 business consultant with expertise in finance processes
  • Act as a finance master data specialist
  • Understand logistic flows from a finance perspective
  • Manage Medius flow or other electronic invoicing system 
  • Identify practical solutions within the framework of our standard system by engaging in dialogue with users
  • Handle system configuration, testing, training and documentation in co-operation with our external partner
  • Act as second line support on systems/processes in your areas

Strong customer mindset

To succeed in this job, you most likely have a solution architect profile within finance and have knowledge of IT applications – preferably M3, Medius. Additionally, you have the ability to balance and align varying interests of stakeholders and are capable of building successful relationships across functions. You have an international mindset and solid analytical skills. Lastly, you are customer minded and a strong team player with excellent communication skills.

Since Ambu is an international company, you must have excellent command of the English language, as this will be your main working language, both in speech and in writing.
