About the department
The BI Solutions team consists of 14 employees in Denmark and 10 employees in India. We provide Business Intelligence solutions globally.
We have the newest BI Platform with SAP BusinessWarehouse (BW) on HANA, utilising frontend tools like Web Intelligence, Analysis for Office, Lumira and QlikSense. Our solutions enable critical corporate processes across multiple functional areas such as Financial Reporting, Sales and Marketing, Manufacturing and more.
The position
You will be developing analytical solutions, dashboards and reports for our internal customers.
Your strong technical background will allow you to build the best solutions, while your excellent communication skills make you preferred partner for our stakeholders.
You like to interact closely with customers, understanding their processes and facilitate the progress on BI tasks and projects. You will become one of our experts on the BI tools.

Qualifications
- 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience with Web Intelligence, QlikView or QlikSense delivering dashboards/ reports
- You know at least one of those product very well after an extensive hands-on experience
- Experience in gathering requirements from users and translating them in technical solutions
- Command of SQL and working of relational database
- Experience with data modelling, data source connectivity, data transformation, load optimisation and visualisation development
- Team player who can work both in teams and still be able to work independently, focus on efficiency and business value in all tasks being executed, and communicate effectively with users
- Experience from working in international matrix organisation is an advantage
- Excellent English skills is a must both oral and written
- Strong communication skills, in particular ability to explain and present complex technical solutions to non-IT colleagues and senior stakeholders
- Experience with application management and ITIL processes
- Willingness to travel to ensure close coordination with teams and customers across the organisation
- Knowledge of others BI technology such as SQL Server, SAP BW, Tableau will be an advantage
- Experience in Pharma industry will be a key asset
