The position 
Your main role will be to support DMD´s (Device Manufacturing Development) journey towards analytics and digitalisation by employing your analytical thinking, data modelling and data visualisation skills. You will work on a variety of projects and help the team establishing standardised data pools and digitalise processes to increase efficiency, consistency, and quality. 

You can expect to be involved in various tasks, which to the degree possible will be related to your study, experience, and preferences. You will receive continuous feedback on your work, and we will support you in building a network beneficial to your professional and personal growth.

Some of your responsibilities will include: 

  • Developing data visualisations and transforming data into insights
  • Leading and/or participating in initiatives focused on digitalising and automating processes using various digitalisation tools such as Alteryx, Power Automate and Power Apps 
  • Assisting with the adoption and implementation of business intelligence (BI) products such as Tableau and Power BI and reporting of findings.

Internship details:

  • Internship period: 6 months (with the possibility of a 6-month extension) 
  • Working hours: The internship position is flexible 18-37 hrs per week
  • Start date: when possible
  • A Danish full-time work permit is required
  • Enrolment in a Bsc. or Msc. is required

Qualifications 
You are ideally studying a Master´s Degree, most likely within Computer Science, Business Analytics, Engineering, Economics or similar. Strong analytical skills and knowledge of Alteryx/Tableau/Power BI, as well as Power Automate and Power Apps are preferable.

You are comfortable in manipulating and analysing complex, high-volume, multi-dimensional data from various sources, and have the ability to communicate complex quantitative analysis in a clear and actionable way. 

Fluent in written and spoken English are a must, and you are skilled at presenting data in a concise manner. Lastly, as a person you are proactive, eager to learn new things and a strong team player. 

About the department
Device Manufacturing Development (DMD) is organised with focus on key manufacturing processes to meet stakeholders´ demands for compliance and delivery of both existing and new device products. We are responsible for all development activities related to manufacturing of Durable and Prefilled devices across Product Supply. 

You will be part of the Business Support team, which is responsible for driving and facilitating cross-department processes and projects to support the core business of DMD. We work closely together with different areas within DMD to identify and execute strategic projects. We are a team of 15 dedicated colleagues, who value teamwork and sparring to each other. You will join our group of diverse educational backgrounds and competence areas working closely together to execute tasks and share knowledge.
