Currently, our team consists of a Director, Operations Business Development and two Program Managers. The function refers directly to the Global Operations SVP and you will be reporting directly to the Director of Operations Business Development.

Your Responsibilities 
The Operations Business Development team takes part in forming the operations strategy and is overall responsible for executing strategic projects at functional level as well as across the full value chain. This includes development as well as streamlining of the end-to-end business processes within Global Operations. 
 
Your main responsibilities as Operations Business Development Manager is to drive a highly impactful agenda through a combination of close collaboration and stakeholder management as well as personal contribution on deep-dive tasks. All-in-all to deliver on agreed targets.  

  • Identification and scoping of new projects and initiatives 
  • Actively identify optimisation across Widex globally  
  • Actively ensure stakeholders are involved across Widex and that the organisation buy-in to planned initiatives and the approved strategic direction  
  • Drive execution of programs and projects, and resolve issues to ensure effective management and realisation of set targets  

You 
We expect you to have at least 3-5 years experiences with project management from a similar position or from a consulting house, and is now looking to become part of an organization where you can follow the impact of your work across the value chain and build long-term relationships with your colleagues and stakeholders. 
 
As a person, you are motivated by seeing the results of your work as well as engaging with others to create them. You are robust, diligent, curious and impactful. Your approach is self-starting, and you convincingly engage stakeholders on all levels of the organization, from specialists in Global Operations to the Executive Team in Group Management. 
 
Your background  

  • You hold a degree as Bachelor or Master within engineering, business or similar 
  • You have experience with process improvement such as process mapping, gap analysis, clarification of roles and responsibilities as well as roadmap development 
  • You have a strong analytical toolbox with an ability to solve complex problems from a quantitative and holistic perspective 
  • You hold a solid track record in running projects independently and have proved end to end project management experience 
  • As a person you have a high degree of empathy and ability to interact across the organization in a global cross-cultural setting with the ability to build strong and trusted relationships 
  • Strong Change Management and communication skills and is an experienced user of PowerPoint, Excel and similar tools   

The corporate language is English, and you need to be fluent in English, both verbally and in writing. Danish is not a necessity. 
 
Practical experience with industries like medical devices, pharmaceuticals as well as functional experience in Supply Chain optimization or production is an advantage, but not a requirement.
