Your challenges
You will be part of our sourcing excellence team responsible for project management, business analysis, cost analysis and operating model in Purchasing

As responsible for the maintenance of the VELUX Global Purchasing systems, data reporting and analysing, you will play an important role in tracking and monitoring the performance KPI’s on an ongoing basis for direct and indirect procurement. On top of that you will provide regular performance reports to the global sourcing management, assess performance trends and highlight these to the respective category manager in case of performance deterioration.

You will collaborate closely with the purchase organisation, category managers and lead buyers and you will have a close interface towards the Global Business Services within quality, development and logistics.

Your other primary tasks will be to:

• Support on cost analysis models e.g. should costing, total cost of ownership etc.
• Support and co-ordinate activities in project and process management
• Collect and analyse information regarding business (spend data) and operational processes and preparing statistics
• Provide support to VELUX Global Purchasing projects and analytical tasks including preparing decision making documents
• Perform regular and ad hoc reporting regarding management and business reporting tasks
• Create and analyse monthly purchasing KPI reports
• Optimisation of process and master data

Another part of your job will be to participate in the definition, implementation and continuous improvement of VELUX Global Purchasing reporting processes, methodologies and environment.

You should expect approx. 20 travel days per year.

Your qualifications
We expect that you are a graduate or post graduate preferably within the supply chain management area. Knowledge of ERP system will definitely be a plus. It is important that you are a team player and that you thrive on working with global solutions.

You have a structured and persistent approach to task solving and working in a deadline driven environment is something that truly thrives you. On top of that, you are result-oriented and persistent in relation to achieving company goals. In short, we are looking for an analytical, self-motivated person - someone who would you thrive working in a company which offers a broad range of cross departmental collaboration.

On a personal level, you are highly organised and efficient with meticulous attention to detail and with your good sense of humour and a positive mindset, you add quality to team efforts.
