If yes, you may be our new Associate Manager in the Manufacturing Intelligence and Digital Innovation team, CMC Oral Protein Formulation.

The position
As our new Associate Manager, you will join our Digital Innovation and Project Office in Måløv, joining a team of 16 highly skilled innovators and several interns & students. All supporting a common goal focusing on developing new innovative tools to be applied in process development, production and analysis. Your team is responsible for building tools, enhancing capacity; allowing us to meet a growing target for the development of oral pipeline of products and preparing us for the future of manufacturing.

We have a keen focus on developing Minimal Viable Products (MVP) fast, securing learning loops before handing over the solutions to the users. Your tasks will include a high degree of stakeholder management within the CVP area and strong collaboration to other areas incl. Product Supply (PS) and outside of Novo Nordisk.

Qualifications
We expect you to have following qualifications:

  • Masters or PhD degree within a relevant technical area e.g. engineering, pharmaceutical science or computer science 
  • Minimum 3-5 years of leadership experience, since stakeholder management and change management is critical in this role
  • Experience in innovative technology development, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry
  • Experience within either product development, manufacturing development or analytical development

As a person, you are a good communicator who can inspire and motivate others. You thrive in a high complexity environment and can set the direction for creating and implementing simple solutions fast. You get your energy from driving a strong implementing culture seeing the fruits of the innovative products implemented. Your strong people skills allow you to set direction and drive performance of your team and inspire stakeholders. Lastly, you are motivated to make a difference for the oral journey in Novo Nordisk in a growing pipeline with many new products entering CMC Oral Protein Formulation.

The department
The department consists of two other teams besides the digital innovation team, having the responsibility for driving the Real Time Release Testing agenda (RTRT) and the project managers driving the oral development projects. We have strong ambition in the department to implement new technologies across the projects and revolutionise how we operate. Collaboration is key, as we can only be successful if we have a strong collaborative mind-set and ensure strong alignment with our sister departments within the oral area.
