We are currently looking for Product Manager, who wants to be a part of that growth journey by driving the commercial agenda for our Displaying units, which are a key part of our range of single-use endoscopes. Working with our Displaying units, you will be driving the platform that enables our growth by powering Ambu’s latest imagine capabilities, provide integration to hospital setups, and bring the latest technology to our customers.
 
You will work alongside the established team within Displaying units to increase our penetration and business opportunities in EMEA and beyond. You will join an international product management team with highly dedicated colleagues. The position as Product Manager is based at Ambu’s headquarters in Ballerup, Denmark. However, you could potentially work out of another country within Europe. Traveling within Europe should be expected as a part of the job.
 
Position with a huge impact
We are looking for a Product Manager to drive the commercial agenda for our Displaying units portfolio. In your daily work, you will have the role as downstream product manager working closely with our EMEA region (and secondly other regions) on a range of commercial activities. In the role, you will act as a strong business partner for our sales territories and internal departments like Innovation, RA/QA, Operations and Marketing Communications.
 
As Product Manager your responsibilities will include:

  • Support launch activities in EMEA in close collaboration with the endoscope product management teams and our sales territories 
  • Drive activities to understand and map existing/future customer needs, enabling us to develop the best products for our customers
  • Lead on commercial activities such as define best practice integrations/setups, communicate new software updates, support on critical customer visits, etc.
  • Be a liaison to our service and IT organizations translating the commercial needs into actionable plans
  • Be a trusted business partner to our territories becoming the experts on topics such as installation, connectivity, systems, competitors, etc.

Key competences
To succeed in this position, you need to have a solid business and commercial understanding supported by a technical mindset. You might have worked in an international role before and have experience from the medical device or software industry. Your experience or skillset enables you to learn, evaluate and adapt fast, enabling you to become a trusted partner and educator on technical topics. 

It is natural for you to work and take ownership of multiple objectives at the same time, while working convincingly with various stakeholders. You probably hold a degree in healthcare, business, or engineering on a master’s level.
 
As a person, you have a curious nature, technical mindset, a “can do” attitude and an outgoing personality with excellent cooperation skills. You thrive in an international environment that is characterized by cross-functional teamwork
