Welcome to the Architecture and Technology Community
You’ll be part of our Technology and Application Portfolio Office Center of Excellence where you, together with your colleagues, will be running and improving our architecture and technology ecosystem. You’ll be part of a caring and bright team of six colleagues, and you’ll be responsible for coordinating with various stakeholders in IT to set the standards, built frameworks, and give directions for clear and efficient processes, from inception to sunsetting of applications and technologies. You’ll be considered a broad technical subject matter expert, both inside and outside the team. As a team, we’ll be ensuring that our architectural artefacts and frameworks are anchored in a solid, data driven foundation. With you on our team, we’ll drive the application that makes this happen.

  • assessing and prioritising new feature requests in a larger Achitecture and Technology ecosystem context as well as implementing these
  • identifying areas of improvement in our common Achitecture and Technology data foundation
  • evangelizing our architecture and portfolio management best practices and guidelines throughout the organisation, helping colleagues to manage and transform our IT landscape
  • contributing to our approach for modelling application and technology architecture, incl. relevant meta data, both in LeanIX and in other ecosystem components like ServiceNow.

To succeed in the role, you:

  • find yourself comfortable in a role with part operational and part tactical responsibilities but with immense potential for architectural competencies development
  • have an analytical mindset based on a strong technical understanding
  • can communicate architectural modelling and architectural practices effectively and proactively to team members, business, and IT stakeholders
  • can build relationships across a complex, global organisation, actively seek collaboration with peers, and involve others in decision-making and project work
  • have experience in requirements gathering, prioritisation, and delivery to different stakeholders
  • are curious, proactive, and want to learn and develop LeanIX.
