Ambitious Senior Solution Architect for Wind Power Production Applications
Would you like to contribute to the mission of making green energy cheaper by improving the IT applications for Wind Power Operation?
Join us and become Senior Solution Architect in the Production team in the department Asset & Energy Management which is responsible for developing IT applications to support planning, maintenance and operation processes across business units. You will be focusing on designing applications on top of our OSIsoft PI system and guiding our development team in Malaysia through implementation.
The department is part of our Group functions which cover Group Support, Group Finance & Services and Group IT. In Group IT, we focus our efforts on supporting the entire business and ensuring that the company works as a professional, reliable and responsible company.
You may choose freely to be based either at our office in Skærbæk near Fredericia or in Gentofte in the Greater Copenhagen area. However, you should expect some travelling in relation to your work.
Your key duties will be to
- understand the business needs
- understand the IT strategy
- translate into designs
- coach developers in implementation
- create proof of concepts as part of setting the frame for development.
Your qualifications and core competences include that you
- have a relevant degree in computing science or engineering
- have extensive experience with designing OSIsoft- and Microsoft-based applications
- have experience as solution architect and developer
- have extensive experience with designing applications for offshore wind power
- speak and write English fluently.
