What we do in the R&D App Team
We develop user-friendly and technically challenging apps for various purposes such as remote control of hearing aids, assisting hearing loss and supporting our business. We work with hardware interfaces and cooperate closely with our embedded firmware developers. We use a scrum based development method, and work in a cross-functional team with developers, UXD’s, Audiologist, testers and graphical designers.
You will become part of our Audiological Software Solutions department in R&D, responsible for developing hearing aid fitting software for use in hearing clinics, mobile Apps and various other software products. The department employs technical project managers, audiologists, user experience designers, testers and around 45 full time software developers. We work with agile methods and expect you to embrace this approach. We are all enthusiasts who are committed to make a difference for people with hearing loss, and we place great emphasis on the social relations with our colleagues and work hard on creating a positive working atmosphere.
You
We are looking for a passionate iOS developer that takes pride in making beautiful apps with the highest technical quality, and thrives in a dynamic and agile app-development team.
What do we expect from you?
We expect that you
- have a degree within software development or relevant work experience for 2-3 years.
- have significant experience with native iOS development in Objective-C.
- are familiar with Swift
- feel completely at home in Xcode and Interface Builder
- have experience in the best practices, design patterns and architecture of the iOS ecosystem
- are passionate about your work and keep up to date with the latest technology and methods within iOS development
- takes pride in writing Solid and testable code every day.
- are fluent in verbal and written English
Personally, you thrive in a large organization with cooperation across multiple functional areas. You are generally positive, a team player and is motivated by daily challenges within your field. Being innovative and thinking of new ways of doing things is your forte, especially with technically challenging tasks.
